I thought they would squeeze us in when they could, but apparently they have a lot of flexibility. We arrived on time and our pilot was already out checking our plane. The building is clean, large and comfortable with a friendly team. The plane was SMALL! I was expecting small, but it's a tighter squeeze than a tiny car. 2 people sat in back, and I sat in front with the pilot. Our pilot even let me fly! We had an amazing time soaring over CB, and felt very comfortable. We experienced zero g's, and some fun dips and turns. This certainly did not help with my long standing desire to learn to fly! I'm really going to have to start a savings fund now!

I've used other Avis locations in the city and the 156th and W Center Rd/Omaha Avis is, by far, the most professional and best to work with. I had to extend my rental by a week and they didn't gouge me on price like other places have.

I needed a car right away for work and made a huge mistake by going through Avis! I was given an initial quote of $31 per day and of course has to extend my rental out multiple days while waiting for my car to be repaired. I was never told the daily rate would increase which caused overage charges above what the insurance company would allow. I was also charged toll fees on the car and I'm pretty sure those don't exist in Omaha or Nebraska at all. Needless to say I'm still fighting with them about these charges and getting nowhere. The manager at this location talks in circles and is no help whatsoever! Please rent your cars elsewhere!!

I was here during the college World Series and a 13u and 11u baseball tournament in Omaha, so the airport was pretty packed and it was kind of hard to walk around terminal B. Not sure how busy they are when these events aren't going on. However, it was still pretty easy to find somewhere to sit. Still a lot of the airport is under construction, but signs are easy to read and it was a breeze to go from the car rental drop off to the terminal because the airport isn't that big. I have TSA pre check, so it took a few minutes to get through security. The other lines were actually moving pretty fast, too. Bathrooms were clean and there were several food options. All of the workers I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Cool little airport with some nice views of the airfield and surrounding countryside.

We had a very bad experience with Jeff Leach, however it was not what you would expect. You would…read morethink that being in the travel/tourism business that Jeff would conduct himself with integrity, however with my small business in Canada he actually threatened to discredit us to his Dream Vacations network of 10,000 Advisors & nearly 1M customers if I didn't authorize a refund of his tour tickets because his cruise ship did not end up making it's port of call in Halifax, NS. We have a clear 7 day cancellation window where a customer can get a full refund as we are a small business and a reserved seat is a missed opportunity for others and lost revenue to us if that seat is refunded without time to resell it. Jerry extorted our company under threat of spreading negative feedback about our company if we didn't abandon our policy and give him his money back. He used his company, Dream Vacations, under threat for his own personal gain. Suffice it to say, I believe this man has low moral standards and I would not trust him with my vacation experience based on my direct interaction with him. He is all about the money and does not care about people.
