Alway upfront an honest with what my hair can and can not do and suggestions based on what I want of what can be achieved. So grateful for the honesty so never leave feeling I did not get what I wanted. My hair is thin and fine and some styles just won't look as good as the picture I bring in. Always willing to get me as close to what I want as my hair will allow. Kelly had done several color corrections where I tried to save money and used a box kit that just did not turn out like expected and always looks fantastic when I leave salon.
