They were quite friendly and easy to work with. I had my hair done by Katie and my hair is quite straight and fine. Personally I have a simple do because it's not so conducive to a curl. Well, Katie did wonders to my hair despite my vision for a 'do. My sister had Cynthia who gave her this cool Grecian look with a twist. She had a braid that came over to look like a headband and a side sweep with curls. It was by far a very relaxing experience on what could usually be a stressful day. The whole party by far really enjoyed all their 'dos. I am not from the area, but I hear they have a place and they definitely can work with you to come over for special occasions like weddings.

I met with Cynthia for not one but two hair trials...I'm a bit picky and Cynthia was so helpful with making my hair look very "me" for my big day. It was perfect! Jenni did my airbrush makeup and I was a bit nervous at first. Since I don't typically wear much makeup I wanted that to show with my wedding makeup. I loved it!! Summary, my stylist seemed to lack confidence in her ability to color my hair and the correction was very bad. She gave me an awful cut that us a lot shorter than I wanted. They are good for basic services. This is a very nice salon with ok pricing. Please do not charge for a Balliage if you are only going to do highlights

When I entered the salon, I was greeted warmly and then saw one of my dads big paintings on the wall behind the reception desk! What a wonderful surprise! Sally gave me excellent advise on how to manage some issues I have with my scalp and hair, gave me a great cut and really listened to what I wanted done. She even stuck a few samples in my bag to try out later! The salon is very clean, beautifully decorated and the whole staff was really friendly. If I lived there, I'd definitely be a regular! I was recommended to Kim by someone I met while I was getting coffee and I'm SO happy they did. Kim took her time to address my concerns. I had a strip of my hair that didn't take well to another bleach process and it's where I had a grown out shadow root. So it was brassy and yellow. I was hoping to come in and get the brassiness toned down by processing my hair again. Kim took so much time of her day to get me to where I wanted to be. Mind you I have had stylists tell me this before and then they can't. Kim processed my roots and the brassy strip once. It definitely bleached my roots but the brassy part was holding on for dear life. She dried me and then went through a second process with foils on just the brassy sections. This time it took pretty well you could hardly tell there was any brass left. THEN SHE TONED ME. After that she cut my hair, dried me AND CURLED MY HAIR. You guys...my hair is the most beautiful shade of blonde ALL OVER that I've ever had in my life. I was in Kims chair for a good maybe 5 or so hours. She took her time and did SUCH an incredible job. I will be coming to see Kim all the time now. Thank you SO much Kim you have resurrected my blonde to a whole new level!!
