In fact Chris Goddard, who retained me for over a year and said having a pre-existing condition could be beneficial then emailed me a year later that he could no longer represent me. I spoke to him the day before he emailed me breaking our retainer. He could not tell me over the phone. So I emailed the founder of the firm Murray Miskin and he is the most unprofessional unpersonable person I have heard from. He emailed me and said "do what you have to but take me off your email", a real jerk. I am going to the Law Society and Human Rights Tribunal. Chris Goddard acted very cowardly and you would not want him defending you. MY incidents were very simple so he used the "disability discrimination" excuse without even knowing it. It is the same as saying I don't know how to defend someone with a pre-existing condition. But the best is he did not even read my surgeons letter before he let me go. Do not go to this firm.

Didn't want to meet to resolve the divorce as a team Left me having to spend close to 20k on another lawyer just to agree to everything. God forbid I fought or disputed the divorce..would have cost alot more. She put me Left me and my two young children in an unfavorable position He acts like a hero and a great dad and she bought right into into it. Fool.
