When I asked why the payment was so low they said some of the items has some "light staining" and they needed to make margins too. They paid $40 for 35 items. Let's just say they paid me about $2.55 for just the Hannah Anderson and Mini Boden items. Easily $10 resale that's a nice margin (looked at prices when I was in store).... but what about the 20 other items? The clothing is really only for babies and toddlers. The selection of older boys clothing was sad to say the least. I guess I'll stick to the online consignment store I had been using THAT SOUNDS LIKE **REDUP... at least then I can get myself something with the store credit too. This was my worst consignment experience hands down. The owner Amy was arrogant, dismissive, and rude.

Note: They do have items that are brand new with tags but I'm referring to the used clothing. I totally understand they need to make a profit, so I decided to skip some of those overpriced items. I also like how the store is organized by size and gender! It was very helpful for me considering I only had about 30 minutes to shop before an appointment. The cashier who checked me out was very friendly. With it being my first time in, she was very kind when explaining to me how the Clean Out and Cash In program worked and how their return policy worked. The not-so-good: Upon walking into the store, I wasn't greeted but made eye contact with an employee. Not a huge deal, but a smile would have been nice. There's not a large selection of boy clothing. I wasn't overly surprised given every retail store (whether it's Target or H&M) has a larger girls section than boys, but I was hoping for a little bit more in the 18-24 month and 2T. I suppose it varies depending on what comes in and goes out for inventory. Overall, I'll definitely be back to explore their Clean Out and Cash In selling program and to look for more clothes for my son.

When I asked the sales associate, who was the only person working during this time, if I could purchase the sweater in the display window, she informed me that their policy restricts them from removing clothes in the display window because "it is too difficult to take the sweater off of the mannequin." She informed me that I should come back at a later date when they swap out the clothing in the display window to purchase the sweater. I informed her that I was from out of town and my return flight was before that date. She told me that they could ship it, which I'm sure I would have to pay the shipping costs on, even though I was already in-person at the store. I am not sure if this is a real policy or not, but if it is a real policy, they should really consider removing this and making the mannequins for accessibly.
