Just bought a wonderful costume-jewelry ring for my wife, and it came in this neato bag! Love this shop!!!

I love this shop! Cool owners, vintage clothes (and awesome costume jewelry), and even has vintage men's clothes! Very, very cool consignment store!!!! (And sister-owned!) :-)

Everyday People always has a great window display

Such a fun and friendly resale clothing shop. Face masks actually fit into the vibe quite nicely. Great selection of apparel and accessories. Even the Men's section has a respectable quantity and variety to browse. And the music they play is the perfect soundtrack. A must-stop shop whenever I'm in St Paul!

There's an Everyday People just down the street from me, but I still prefer going to this one. Not that the Uptown location is bad, but the layout is a little nicer here (more room to breathe). They also do a great job with the window displays. The racks are packed with lots of merch for guys and girls, with a pretty extensive scarf "department" in the back. I enjoy that they have a big mirror out on the floor so it's easy to try on coats and hats and whatnot without having to grab a dressing room. Prices are moderate. Sometimes I pick something up and think it's outrageously overpriced (Forever 21 shirts for $12? It probably cost $10 new.), but I've also scored three amazing deals at Everyday People. Almost epic deals, actually. A Carlos Falchi bag for $13, vintage Joan & David boots for $15 and a Coach belt for $8. As with any secondhand store, you've gotta keep your eyes peeled.

Straight out of a different era.

Small, local consignment/thrift store filled with unique gems at very reasonable prices. I've been shopping at Everyday People for a number of years now, and it never gets old. They sell gently used women's and men's clothing, as well as shoes and accessories. Their prices are VERY reasonable. Most of the tops I have purchased here are between $5-$10. This place is especially fabulous for those who like unique, retro or "hipster" attire. There is no shortage of crazy patterns straight out of the 80's & 90's. And if you're into sequins, this place is your go-to. There is no doubt that I will continue to shop here for years to come. :) Thanks for keeping me stylish, Everyday People!

In fact, I once purchased a men's sweater off one of the in-store mannequins for my then-BF.

My favorites are the old books downstairs and, though I haven't been able to find them for a while, they used to have a huge bin full of old name patches. So many treasures in one small building. When you get so many neat little trinkets and treasures together in one place it's really difficult to keep any sort of organization. This place has figured it out. You could honestly walk in and say something specific of what you are looking for and through what appears to be some chaotic organization, they will find it for you. They have everything! I had so many pinterest crafts come to mind as I walked through the shop. They have two levels FULL of neat stuff ranging from furniture, to maps, to assorted board game pieces. It's so neat! I will definitely be back... Oh! And I forgot to mention, when I walked in the door I was greeted with donut holes and coffee... ummmm name another store like this.. yeah, I couldn't think of one either!
