What kind of Doctor declines to review all available data, especially concerning the spine/brain? I won't name him. But then a second opinion with Dr Gorrepatti was incredible. He gave me a cervical fusion which relieved ALL my pain issues! I was able to stop taking the high doses of oxytocin. It's been 6 months and I've lost 25 pounds and I'm back to running 5 miles Thank you to Dr Gorrepati!!!

I asked about the patient portal and she said that it is only for requesting records even though they have messages clearly marked on the page. I suggested that they should put a notice on their website to tell people to call instead of emailing. Overall she was kind of rude and talked over me and I had to talk louder to get a word in. Not a good experience. I should have gotten this persons name but i was too upset. I don't recommend this place.

Once he met with Dr Higgins, that only reinforced it. Dr Higgins is very patient centered. He is an excellent listener, a clear communicator, has a sense of humor in addition to (obviously) being highly educated and intelligent. Dr Higgins (for both my husband and myself) was easy to trust and took his time in explaining things. Surgery was yesterday afternoon and my husband is so pleased with his experience. The surgery was done using minimally invasive techniques (giant robot machine says my husband!) and this is probably part of the reason why he is experiencing a mild recovery. His response :"do you think you need an MRI?" how in the world would she know if she needed an MRI or not? This is why she goes to this doctor. He also use the phrase;. My mother has" been on this earth an awful long time, she should know what she wants/or needs." There are so many things wrong with this treatment I can't begin to list them. My sister also asked during this appointment if this procedure would be a real surgery/because it was and arthroscopic surgery minimally invasive. Although she was not using the correct verbiage, he knew exactly what she meant.His response" yes this would be a real surgery with a real doctor and then chuckled." To say this physician is an "ASS" is putting it mildly. He was told to wait 3 months to allow the pain to subside. The pain continued and increased over time. Now 5 months later when the pain is at its highest, Dr. Truong not only refused to scan or test for any infection or abnormality, but told my husband to take Tylenol and deal with the pain. He further stated there was nothing he could do. I'd highly recommend you consider another doctor.
