I saw two Neurosurgical doctors for my cervical and lumbar spine issues. The first Doctor said I…read morewas born without some cervical disks. His parting comment was "have a good life". He declined to review my previous imaging showing proof of declining disk health (I was born with all of them). What kind of Doctor declines to review all available data, especially concerning the spine/brain? I won't name him. But then a second opinion with Dr Gorrepatti was incredible. He gave me a cervical fusion which relieved ALL my pain issues! I was able to stop taking the high doses of oxytocin. It's been 6 months and I've lost 25 pounds and I'm back to running 5 miles Thank you to Dr Gorrepati!!!

I asked about the patient portal and she said that it is only for requesting records even though they have messages clearly marked on the page. I suggested that they should put a notice on their website to tell people to call instead of emailing. Overall she was kind of rude and talked over me and I had to talk louder to get a word in. Not a good experience. I should have gotten this persons name but i was too upset. I don't recommend this place.

My regular dentist, Dr. Perez of Camano Island Denstry sent me to Dr. Ashoka Subedar at Northwest…read moreOral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Burlington for a surgical extraction. This was on April 30th. From the front desk receptionist to the nurses and to the initial conference with Dr. Subedar I felt a sincere caring warmth. A clear and understandable description of the surgical procedures continued that comfort. I had absolutely no after-surgery pain or discomfort. And I mean no pain! An added touch came when my wife, who had been waiting for me, was given a beautiful long-stem orange rose. Namaste, Doc. Norman W Wilson, PhD

Dr. Subedar, explained the process, and the end result was as good as could be. However, during the procedure, my cheek was abraded and 8 days later it is still swollen and sore. My dentist sent a complete x-ray on a thumb drive & I was told they could not read it & I had to have another. For which I was charged $124.00. What computer these days can't open a file. Lindsey who is in charge of finances was anything but clear. Since I do not have dental insurance I asked to negotiate the cost. Since I know that insurance companies pay just pennies on the dollar. I was able to negotiate a 10% discount, and it is their policy to give a 5% discount for cash. Agt the end of our negotiation I understood that I was to get a 10% discount and according to their policy I would get an additional 5% for paying cash. I paid cash. First, they could not give me change, so I had to wait until the follow-up visit and when I asked about the cash discount I was told that it was part of the 10%. The quote I received showed a 10% discount, and that was not broken down stating that it really was only a 5% discount. I feel that this way of dealing with patients who attempt to negotiate a better deal borders on Fraud.

Wow. Don't go to this Physician if you're either over 60 or don't already know exactly what your…read morespecific knee problem is. This is a knee orthopedic specialist Who initially told my 82-year-old mother, before he's even seen her that she was too old and or does not want to perform a knee surgery on her because of her advanced age. But he wasn't that nice he said "too old." I was concerned, but my sister took her to the appointment anyway. My mother asked if she needed an MRI. His response :"do you think you need an MRI?" how in the world would she know if she needed an MRI or not? This is why she goes to this doctor. He also use the phrase;. My mother has" been on this earth an awful long time, she should know what she wants/or needs." There are so many things wrong with this treatment I can't begin to list them. My sister also asked during this appointment if this procedure would be a real surgery/because it was and arthroscopic surgery minimally invasive. Although she was not using the correct verbiage, he knew exactly what she meant. His response" yes this would be a real surgery with a real doctor and then chuckled." To say this physician is an "ASS" is putting it mildly. As they left my sister heard him say to his staff."Yes it would be a real surgery with a real Dr" ...Loud enough so she could hear.In conclusion, unless you're interested in Being put down or Verbally treated like a moron, as well ashaving your elderly family member verbally abused , I say get Your referral rerouted to a physician that cares about people. This one has a God complex.
