They are on top of my health and my kids, they go to the root problem before offering pills (hard to find that) and they care about my kids and myself and our health. Dr. Subedar, explained the process, and the end result was as good as could be. However, during the procedure, my cheek was abraded and 8 days later it is still swollen and sore. My dentist sent a complete x-ray on a thumb drive & I was told they could not read it & I had to have another. For which I was charged $124.00. What computer these days can't open a file. Lindsey who is in charge of finances was anything but clear. Since I do not have dental insurance I asked to negotiate the cost. Since I know that insurance companies pay just pennies on the dollar. I was able to negotiate a 10% discount, and it is their policy to give a 5% discount for cash. Agt the end of our negotiation I understood that I was to get a 10% discount and according to their policy I would get an additional 5% for paying cash. I paid cash. First, they could not give me change, so I had to wait until the follow-up visit and when I asked about the cash discount I was told that it was part of the 10%. The quote I received showed a 10% discount, and that was not broken down stating that it really was only a 5% discount. I feel that this way of dealing with patients who attempt to negotiate a better deal borders on Fraud.

But it was still severe enough that I needed to be seen. I was on hold for twenty minutes. I finally got an appointment and came in as a new patient. Two hours later. The Assistant "Teri" was extremely rude and condescending and acted like I was wasting everyone's time by being there. Did I not know how to contact one of the urgent care clinics (I did see after that they had these but not open til 1pm). Did I not know that I could get Azo at any drug store? From what I understand this is just to help with the discomfort but doesn't exactly treat anything. Maybe she was having a bad day. I don't know. But I wonder why people go into this line of work if they just diminish your reason for being there?

Lisa is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and always honest. She takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, which makes every appointment feel supportive and thorough. The staff here is terrific as well from the friendly reception team to the nurses who do vitals, and the lab staff who keep everything running smoothly. I consistently feel well cared for from start to finish. The clinic is easy to access and there's plenty of parking, which is a huge plus. Overall, this is a place that truly values their patients. Exception care provided by Dr McAllister and the staff…read more I am type 2 diabetic and almost had my toe and possibly foot amputated two months after I got a blister on the tip of my toe while mowing the grass and wearing crocks and no socks. Bottom line I unknowingly ended up with a diabetic ulcer, My primary doctor didn't know what is was and neither did my podiatrist Dr Larson who I won't be going back to. I ended up in the ER and hospital for 9 days. Dr McAllister and hospital had his staff saved my toe, foot and leg. Lessons learned for me. Check my feet every day and wear the right shoes. Nursing and Desk Staff were generally good. They helped by accommodating my special needs due to…read moresound hypersensitivity. However, the medical staff have been unhelpful in guiding me. I have been there 3 times for non-healing post surgical scalp lesions. The first time, a few years ago, I was dismissed by nursing and did not even get to see the Dr. I resisted going back but I have had about 12 appointments with different practitioners. Many of them told me to back to the Wound Care Clininc. I finally did. The second Dr. did listen a bit better but after looking at one of the lesions for 3 seconds declared it "Healed" without regard for my feedback (Pain and Drainage). The other he referred me to a Infectious Disease Dr in spite of the fact that there is minimal skull pain compared with a couple of years ago... The Dr today kept interrupting me with dismissive opinions. Even though I have been to a Neurosurgeon about this more than 3 times, he said "go see him again". This is not the place for you... But no rationale as to why. Maybe too many details but overall, I felt they were dismissive every time... I was an RN for 25 years and my policy was to "LISTEN" to my patients. The medical (and some nursing) staff did not.

Everything afterward, from the surgery prep to the aftercare was provided clearly and courteously. When I went in for surgery, I was nervous and a little scared. That said, I can't begin to tell you how helpful it was to have staff people who were kind and fun. It just made my heart happy. I am really thankful for having such wonderful caregivers who made the whole experience so pleasant.

Since I was required to complete my physical within that same 48-hour window, I did not want to risk missing the deadline and therefore made the drive to the clinic in person. When I arrived, there were multiple receptionists in the back who could have answered my call but did not. The receptionist who assisted me informed me that I would need to speak with the individual responsible for scheduling physical appointments. I waited for her to come out; she asked a few questions and then returned to the back. When she returned, she appeared disorganized and stated that she was unable to schedule me for that day. Her name is June Hathaway. I found her demeanor to be condescending and unprofessional.
