Parking outside is a bit chaotic. For those who live upstairs and those wanting to use the facilities provided - pizza bar, liquour store. Its a bit like the invitation for a demo derby, with people reversing without looking, or cars parked poorly and causing a back up of traffic. However, if you are aware of this and take your patience with you, you will find its not so bad at all. Our favourite, go-to pizza is a simple Party with The Lot (plus extra pineapple - Aussie as). There are a lot of gourmet pizzas on the menu which are charmingly named after local suburbs. The Croydon pizza for example has spinach on it, which makes me wonder if that's a nod toward the home gardens in this part of the world ... The garlic bread is large and crispy and drool-worthy, plus there's slabs of ribs which my sons enjoy immensely. Little Chez's was expanded and refurbished a few years ago, turning it into a comfortable family-friendly spot for dining in, too. It's often buzzing with happy families. There's a small outdoor dining area to cater for more customers but, really, that's located in a carpark and I don't see the attraction of dining there when you could take your pizza away :)

They did make one eventually, just for me, but it took a bit of work. We've only ever ate the pizza, pasta and calzone so I can't vouch for the other dishes. My favourite pasta from them is Pollo (chicken) and Sole (with prosciutto). Do order their Herb Bread if you are dining in, it's beautiful ciabatta bread. We also have another favourite which is chilli cheese fries but be careful, this is actually quite spicy. Service has always been friendly at this casual restaurant. You can also dine in but it's definitely more popular for takeaways. Pricing is very very reasonable.

I went in thinking I knew what to expect, and I was wrong. I ordered my staple: a BBQ chicken pizza. Normally I'd expect the sauce to be thin, the meat to be sparse and for the meats on top to be bland. Instead I found the sauce to have a nice kick to it, the toppings were plentiful (that was the first thing I noticed when I opened the box) and the meats were nice and spicy. The prices were also more than reasonable. Surprisingly it's the only non Indian restaurant along that group of shops. So if you're in the area and don't feel like Indian tonight, you could do far worse than venture a few shops down for a bit of pizza.
