I came for my second time on Sunday August 9 around 2PM. it was an extremely busy day and no where…read moreto sit. i started my laundry stayed for a few minutes to make sure everything was okay and went to sit in my car for the time frame. I came back inside 10 minutes before my laundro cleaning cycle would end as i saw many people were finishing and leaving so i had the space to sit. i walked into an older women worker with short blonde hair screaming at me about how unbelieveable i am that i left and allowed my machine flood and she had to fix it and clean up my mess. i profusely apologized and explained that i did stay to make sure and unfortunately there was no room and i felt it would be safer for me to stay in my car and she continued to degrade me and talk about me ignorantly to other customers and i never felt more humiliated in my life. i will not be coming back. extremely disappointing that a mistake that i apologized for was taken to that level. she was unpleasant the first time i came as well. very disappointing

For example, when I first went there, I'd never been to a laundromat before and was quite nervous so I had some rather obvious and silly-sounding questions, like how to exchange bills for quarters, but the gentle woman behind the counter patiently answered my questions and made me feel welcome. As well, I've only ever seen her and other people who work there treat their customers fairly and courteously. I'm grateful for the people at Richard's Laundromat.

I did one load there where I even mixed darks and lights because one I was pressed for time (couldn't wait for another load) and two I was pressed with the price. So the following weekend I went online and found a few options. Some with lots of machines, a little further, some with a coffee shop inside, but this one caught my attention so I decided to give it a try. The place was very clean and well kept. Smelled very good. There was a very nice lady there working that seemed to know everyone that came in. You can tell there is definitely a local vibe in this place. The clientele was very friendly. The machines start at $2.50 to wash and $0.25 to dry for every 7 minutes. Can't beat that ! So I was able to separate my cloths this time, do 2 loads and be in and out in less then 1h30m. There is parking in the front. People can double park behind you if they need to quickly run inside. And there is additional parking in the back. The only thing I would add as a service to the customers is Wi-fi. Not a deal breaker but it would be nice to be able to sit in the car and wait while watching some movies on Netflix thru your laptop.

The yellow stain is if not as big, probably bigger than it was before what a waste of money I don't care how good the customer service is if they can't get the job done they are worthless to me.

I'm pretty famous for packing far more than necessary when traveling. In fact, even when going places with women I can't recall ever having a smaller suitcase than they did. Because of this I was able to go five days in Cancun and a week in Vegas before running out of a few necessities. But when I was finally ready to do some laundry for the next week of the trip the pile was quite large, and unfortunately there was no reliable cleaning facility on site where I was staying. I've got to say, Ultra Stop is phenomenal.... All of the machines are shiny and new, and the rates were quite reasonable...they'll even do your laundry and fold it for you if you drop it off and pay an extra fee (by the pound).
