Unfortunately, it was a less-than-ideal experience. My existing pre-paid card wouldn't work on any of the machines. Thinking the card had malfunctioned, I decided to purchase a new one. Each card comes with a $1 fee, but to my frustration, the new card didn't work either. With no staff present, I tried calling the service number listed, only to find out you can't actually call it, only text, which can take a day or two to get a response. Not wanting to deal with that, I left and went back to the Berlin location, where my original pre-paid card worked just fine in their machines. With the inconvenience of not being able to get immediate help and the fact that the pre-paid cards didn't work for me (even after purchasing a new one), I definitely won't be returning to this location.
