A must have PRE-COVID). Prices are higher than a garage sale, for sure. I know you CAN haggle with them but I honestly won't. They're a charity/nonprofit. The last time I spoke with the owner I could tell both him and his staff had huge hearts. They honestly care about people and need as much resources (and capital) to bring about the the most change... Stop in. You won't regret it! Even if you don't take any treasures home.

I had already made a complaint to the female owner the first time it happened. He has no idea how to speak to young girls, He kept touching my arm which completely skeeved me. I had a coupon to put towards the cost of dress and he told me that the coupon excludes dresses. I then paid full price $79 for a tiny little dress and as we were leaving, he said to my daughter who is (15) Hey Honey, give this 15% coupon to your mom. I turned around and said you couldn't have given that to me before I bought the dress? He said, now that would be stupid. I walked out and I will never be back. I refuse to give my money to someone like that, and besides the prices are outrageous. I can find the same brands online for less.

From the young gentleman on the floor who approached me to help me find what I was looking for and who subsequently went to look for the sizes I couldn't find on the floor, to the lady in the dressing room who asked if she could put any items back for me, to the cashier who helped me open a store credit card and get an even bigger discount. Honestly, I've given up on finding old school customer service like this when I shop, but this experience restored my faith; certainly a much better experience than what one finds ordering clothes online.
