They just removed a mulberry tree near the fence line for us as well as the stump and they did a super job for a very good price. When doing the stump removal, they also ground and took out a large root that extended under the fence into the neighbor's yard so our neighbors are happy, too. They added soil and seed when finished and it really looks quite perfect. During an earlier visit last spring, they trimmed a pyramidal oak, a tri-colored beech, an elm, a prairie fire crabapple, and a seven son's tree. We've had FISH do our windows twice. We initially called them based on a reference from a friend…read more Each time the FISH team has been great. The communication from beginning to end is timely and clear. The guys that do the windows are respectful and good. I always walk around the place with them at the end to check on the windows. When I ask them to redo something or clean something that isn't done to my satisfaction they always do it. This second cleaning we found scratches on our window a week after they left and I thought they did it. They came out to check, said they didn't do it, and the manager offered to pay half for a window replacement because it was a "he said, she said" situation. I called the window company that installed our windows and when they came out they found that the scratches are between the double panes so FISH could not have done it. I admire FISH for the way they respected me and handled my concerns. I highly recommend FISH for their window cleaning service and their integrity.
