However, Chris N. was not deterred, he escorted us in, introduced us to his shop mechanic who diagnosed the problem on our Kawasaki Versys, and we we were on our way again in about 60 minutes! This level of service naturally warrants high praise but to take on a yet-to-be diagnosed motorcycle not merely 15 minutes from closing time but 15 minutes from the start of their three day weekend? Wow, there are no words. We are exceptionally grateful to Chris and his mechanical team (names?). They were instrumental to getting us back on our way and smiling on our road trip (started in San Francisco and returning to Chicago). I could not recommend Headingley Sport Shop more highly. They could have rushed the job but no, they took their time to ensure the motorcycle ran smoothly. And did it ever! They only serve white people here it seems like I made my way over to headingley a few times now…read moreand everytime I go its the same treatment I walk in and all the reps see me from their glass office and noone would attend to me at all I actually had to walk around another customer who was being helped to get acknowledged I was interested in buy one of there indian motorcycles which was recommended by a good friend of mine that told me how good the bike is to him but since they treated me like I am shit will never go back there...also when I finally got assistance I inquire about taking my cbr to have it looked over and was sent to the empty customer service desk i was absolutely annoyed and end up leaving after driving all the way out to headingley from st vital i end up buying some fresh gears and parts for my bike from capitol on st anns which had better service and was more welcoming lets support more small businesses instead of these large companies they don't need anymore of the average man's money they only cater to the rich it seems never judge a book by its cover

Was told by the manger that this is their policy, even though on the agreement it says otherwise, and sucks to be you. I purchased a 1967 El Camino from Pacific motors. The manager Tanner said he was told it was a…read moreframe off restoration. Pacific Motors never checked the vehicle out it was not a frame off but all original with no upgrades. Tanner also said it had AC but he now says he never said that. The El Camino couldn't pass a simple BC inspection. It needs major front end work to make it safe plus lots of other work. I am really disappointed dealing with Pacific Motors, I would have expected a dealership would have at the very least checked the vehicle before even advertising it.

Pacific was the first dealership I checked out. There were some hiccups in getting the Rav fixed but Dave was able to help me out with a rental . He was great. I texted him every couple days after hours and he took time from his family to reply. When I picked up the car it was all cleaned up and Dave and his team installed my plates. This was the first time my wife saw the car and the solid service from pacific. She was nervous what we could buy for low cost but we spent all evening driving around running errands. It was great.
