I would thoroughly recommend Chris as he was excellent to deal with and friendly, but mainly, he did a great job. He sent me before and after photos by email same day. Will certainly be contacting him next time I need the gutters cleaned and recommending his services to family and friends.

The inside of the kitchen cupboards were not cleaned. The outside of the kitchen cupboards were not wiped down. The bathroom mirrors were not cleaned, there was dirt in the sink in the bathroom, the ceiling fan was not wiped down, and there was grease and dirt on the kitchen floor tiles and the oven walls and splash back were not cleaned. All these are very basic and easy cleaning requirements. . It actually looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. When I raised the issue with Gill, he admitted that he had sent his "B" team who did not have the correct equipment but he had zero concern for how upset I was and no customer service skills. This is the worst cleaner I have ever experienced and I could not rate him lower.
