If you are looking for a good cleaner in Brisbane, DO NOT go to Gill. If you do, you will be bitterly disappointed. Ironically called 5 star cleaners, MINUS 5 stars is too generous a score for them. There was a pile of dirt left outside my front door from the cleaners who visited my property. The inside of the kitchen cupboards were not cleaned. The outside of the kitchen cupboards were not wiped down. The bathroom mirrors were not cleaned, there was dirt in the sink in the bathroom, the ceiling fan was not wiped down, and there was grease and dirt on the kitchen floor tiles and the oven walls and splash back were not cleaned. All these are very basic and easy cleaning requirements. . It actually looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. When I raised the issue with Gill, he admitted that he had sent his "B" team who did not have the correct equipment but he had zero concern for how upset I was and no customer service skills. This is the worst cleaner I have ever experienced and I could not rate him lower. read more
