Although some offices were better than others, Dr. Gross has always remained a caring doctor who takes the time to talk to his patients. I have never felt like I was being rushed out of the office for the next patient in all of the years I have been seeing him. He has a wonderful bedside manner & genuinely cares about his patients. He is a very down to earth man who will answer any questions you ask, & his demeanor makes one feel very comfortable asking him anything. In fact, when I needed info for a loved one, he did not hesitate to point me in the right direction. What prompted me to FINALLY review him was yesterday, when he returned a call I made to his office on Thursday afternoon. His assistant told me he was busy & would likely not get back to me until Friday. Friday came & went & I did not hear from him. On Sat my phone rang, & it was Dr. Gross. I was shocked. Apparently his work week is not just 9-5, Monday thru Friday. I feel extremely lucky to have found him (at the recommendation many years ago by another one my doctors) and hope to have him for a PCP for a very long time.

On my first appointment, I was told that he would be able to refer me to several doctors, he reassured me that he would cover me until I was established, and said several times that he was there for me. He told me if I was uncomfortable to reach out to him Directly via email and he would respond. He did not. Not only did he not help in the transition but he couldn't even send the right prescriptions to the Pharmacy. But he sure did submit bills to my insurance. I guess every little penny helps. Come to find out there was *ONE* doctor he would be referring me to. I am sure he has some sort of arrangement with, being that his Manager could text the Doctor I was being referred to directly. This was followed by a letter with the cadence of an Undergrad and had the audacity to make a completely unfounded "recommendation" that was more of a judgement than a diagnosis. STAY AWAY from this practice. It's no wonder a Doctor of Osteopathy can't build up enough patients to see five days a week and has to work at an Emergency Medical Clinic for 13 hours on Saturdays, he doesn't have hospital privileges', and shares his office with a Plastic Surgeon. Don't see this Doctor being able to make a profit. What a waste of a Doctor of Osteopathy. Maybe the warm feeling I got in the office was from the plastic surgeon.

I had Shore Orthopedic Group work on me, but too young for rods/bolts, had several failed epidurals. Years of Agony and tried all conservative methods but left with horrible sciatica pain. Dr Rosenblum, very professional and knowledgeable predicted a 2 week recovery post surgery but it was 5 months of PT and I even had to relearn to walk. However; that sciatica pain has not returned in 4 years!! The hospital staff acted on best behavior too when you mention Dr Rosenblum's name. They give him respect. His staff is very busy, you will wait, but they get the job done. I recommend him all the way.
