The unit was DIRTY and not cleaned or properly "inspected for move-in", the property manager swore up and down that it was clean and safe to move in; MAINTANANCE SAID OTHERWISE AND AGREED WITH US. The blinds were broken, mold inside the freezer, storage bottom part of oven was broken, the ENTIRE toilet was not installed right and was lifting from the caulk, the bedroom door was off the hinges and wouldn't close and coming apart from the bottom, there was a blunt inside the closet ashed out, the caulking in the bathtub was cracked and we had to call maintained to unlock the A/C unit. and it took them 2 months to fix it all, and the bathroom is still cracking. the original unit we applied for they called 2 days before moving in and said, "it's not ready due to the foyer, but we can move you into a similar one that is ready for your move in". that was a LIE. and only the $80 amenity fee was removed, some BS along with management and the community These apartments are OVERLY OVERPRICED for the condition and environment. Now ac isn't working going on day 2 and they are in no rush because it is not over 80 degrees out. since having to get a hotel to spend the nights until fixed, there is no compensation or any amount deducted for our rent. TRAH ASS APARTMENT COMPLEX DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. For the cost of rent, the property feels…read moreoutdated and poorly maintained. Maintenance requests take forever to be addressed--if they even show up at all. For example, I had a leaking window when it rained. Maintenance came out, removed the pane, and supposedly replaced it, but the leak continued. This not only caused humidity throughout the apartment but also made air conditioning and heating costs much higher. On top of that, the refrigerator constantly leaked and was never fixed. The "gated community" claim is misleading because the gates are always left open, offering no real security. One of the pools stayed closed the entire summer despite being told it would be repaired before I moved in. Security is also a major concern--first my boyfriend's car was stolen, and later my vehicle was stolen while living in this property. While the office staff was nice, my concerns were not escalated to the level I expected, and with only one camera covering the office side, much of the property is left vulnerable. Even after these thefts, the gates were never repaired to prevent further issues. Overall, my experience living here was unpleasant. The complex fails to address basic maintenance and security concerns while charging a premium price. When I tried to end my lease early due to these problems, management still required me to fulfill the lease despite their inability to resolve many of the issues. Save yourself the frustration--this is not a place worth living in.

Everything stated in my review is based on my personal experience throughout the application process and is presented as my account of what occurred. I stand by the facts and my opinions regarding the customer service I received. I submitted an application and was told I would have an answer by Friday. When I attempted to call for an update, my calls went to voicemail, and my emails were not answered. I had to repeatedly come to the property in person simply to receive information regarding an application I had paid for. On Saturday, I was told that my application had been completed and was only waiting for approval and that I would receive a call Monday. After I had to visit the property to get an update. Monday came, and I received no call. I emailed again and received no response, which resulted in me returning to the property once again. When I returned, I was given information that contradicted what I had previously been told and was informed that the process could take up to two weeks. My concern was not simply that the application was taking time. My concern was the repeated lack of communication and the conflicting information I received. I also want to address the claim that my statement is false. If there is footage that supposedly proves my account is inaccurate, I am requesting that the complete, unedited footage relevant to the interaction be provided to me, rather than an incomplete portion or footage presented without the surrounding context. I would also like the full context of the interaction concerning the papers containing my personal information. I did not intend to create a threatening situation, and I strongly disagree with any characterization suggesting that I was behaving as though I intended to lunge across the desk. My concern was obtaining information and addressing what I believed was poor communication regarding my application. Most importantly, I was extremely disappointed by how I was treated. Rather than my concerns being addressed professionally, I felt dismissed and unfairly characterized, including being referred to as an "angry Black woman." I found that characterization deeply inappropriate and unrelated to the legitimate concerns I was attempting to address. I was ultimately asked to withdraw my application and have my money refunded. When I asked for the owner's information, I was told it could not be provided. I was then asked to leave before I had received my refund, and the police were called. I am not claiming that everyone will have the same experience I did. I am sharing my experience. I believe businesses should be willing to acknowledge shortcomings when communication and customer service fall below reasonable expectations. Having an application for four days without receiving promised updates, having calls go unanswered, having emails ignored, and having to repeatedly travel to the property to obtain basic information is not the level of communication anyone expects from a business. To me, basic communication is simply common courtesy. My review was not intended to misrepresent the property. It was intended to honestly describe my experience. If the property believes otherwise, I welcome the opportunity to review the complete context and footage of the interactions rather than having my experience dismissed as false. I stand by my review and my right to share my experience as a customer

I am trying to figure out why they are remodeling the trash dumpsters when they need to fix everything that is going on inside of people's apartment complex. I have never a pest "roach" infestation so bad where the tenants are more in charge of the pest control than the property. Elizabeth is always so quick to give out lease violations but shows no compassion for the tenants that live there, would you like to know because she likes to brag that she doesn't live on property. The maintenance looks over worked and under paid, half the time they look like they don't want to be there. If I could give them a "0" star I would. I don't understand how you put in new speed bumps but kept the raggedy one's, not to mention in one building the whole brick wall fell down and was like that for over a month and they just fixed it. Not to mention the pool isn't even open because they failed inspection. And you're not allowed to use the gym that they just put in there after working hours its only available 9:00am-5:00pm. So, the question is why have all of these fees and nothing to show for it. Then did I mention you have to pay $20.00 for a reserved parking spot and it's not even covered; I am trying to figure out why doesn't each resident get assigned one parking spot per unit that would make the most sense. Did I mention the way that they evict people and throw their belongings out is so GHETTO, and they leave people's property out there longer than 2 days. Do not waste your time moving over here it's not worth the money that they are raising the rent on, and the inside still looks like trash, they try to save a dollar any chance they get.
