They're always on time, appointments are easy to schedule, they're really helpful with navigating my insurance, and everybody in the office is really friendly. I've also been seeing Dr Borris for MTM (Invisalign) and the process has been so much easier than when I had braces as a kid. Absolutely love this dentist and the entire office staff. This past Friday my crown cracked in half, leaving half of it still adhered to my tooth. I contacted Dr. Thompson via the emergency # and she was super quick to respond even though the office was scheduled to be closed through the new years holiday. Not only was she quick to call me back, but was also able to see me for an appointment today to have a new temp crown fit. I was really excited to have a new dentist nearby. After confirming my appointment via text days prior, I received a text the day of my appointment saying it had been cancelled because I did not fill out the new patient form from my phone. This, of course, was after I requested the hours off at my job and made plans to have my work covered. I called and said I was just planning on arriving early as I cannot fill out any forms on my phone. She said this was their policy... and that I could reschedule. So I requested an email link to fill out the forms which the very nice receptionist said was not going through to my email for some reason. I still have not received the email link to fill out the forms so I guess I will have to find another dentist nearby. Very disappointed. read more

If you're still with Borris Dental, check your insurance before you get stuck with a bill you weren't expecting. My cleanings have always been paid at 100%. Now that Dr. Borris sold the practice to Dr. Thompson, they don't tell you that Dr. Thompson is only Premier and not PPO. So be prepared to pay for your cleaning unless your insurance is specifically premier. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Borris' for a couple years now, and they have never let me down. From making emergency appointments because I was have tooth pain to normal cleanings, they are awesome! Andrea is awesome at coordinating payments when I needed a payment plan; Rosemary was so nice and helpful when doing my crown, and Alisa is the hygienist that cleans my teeth. A patient since Dr Borris founded Belmar. Just has a bridge done to replace a bad tooth. From the extraction to the installation of the bridge, I had virtually no discomfort. Dr Borris was very tuned-in to me, even asking "Am I hurting you..?". Don't think I've ever had a dentist ask such a direct question. Stepping into this office was the best decision I've ever made for my health and teeth. The entire staff is amazing. Kind, helpful, funny. They've got it all. This practice is to dentistry what Cheers is to neighborhood bars - a comfortable place where everyone knows your name! I've worked with pretty much everyone in the office and always walk out feeling well cared for and knowing i'm totally informed. Natalie, Rosemary, Holly and Alisa knock it out of the park every time. Dr Borris is just awesome in every way. I'm cursed with bothersome teeth and feel blessed to be in her care. I've never felt pressed to have work done that I didn't need and, in fact, some of her recommendations will save me money (and pain) over the long run. Office staff changed and now no-shows are $50. I paid $100 after getting my filling and then I got a bill in the mail for another $90, and they even put it in a nice hot pink envelope for the first notice. I haven't changed my insurance, but somehow this place has gotten much more expensive. read more

I have been going to see Dr. Pontarelli since I was a little kid. After a few job changes I now have Belmar Dental available again under my insurance plan. This place is full of great people and a wonderful staff that makes sure you are taken care of. In the past the location wasn't open on Fridays however with a new dentist available they are open on Fridays. I can't recommend this dentist enough. read more

I was so disappointed to see my dentist leave and this new woman take over. She was not nearly as good as a dentist and rather rude. After 14 years I was dumped because I had 2 cancellations for family medical issues. I was never given a bill for the cancellation or even cancellation policy after she took over and when I called to schedule, she refused to see me. She is unprofessional, rude & not at all a Colorado spirit. Go across the street to Belmar dental. This practice stinks. read more

I have been going here for nine years, back when the business was owned by Dr. Pontarelli. The team at Dr. Borris's office is amazing. So kind and friendly. Dr. Borris is wonderful, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Alisa, one of the dental hygienists, has been cleaning my teeth for years and she's very gentle and thorough. I've had great experiences this Dental Office, everyone is so nice and professional. Their knowledge is up to date and so are their skills and technology. The office is quiet and comfortable. I used to hate going to the dentist and this office has really change my experience for the better. I've had cavities worked on here , I've had a tooth extraction removed from here and they treated my bone infection and I've had teeth cleaning done, every experience the staff was very concerned bout how comfortable I was and made sure everything went smoothly.
