She downloaded a picture from the internet and charged a "design" fee. She downloaded the specs of fixtures printed onto her letterhead and charged a fee even though she never discussed the fixtures with us. She drew elaborate drawings which again she never discussed and charged a "design" fee. She retroactively charged for her interview time. She exploits best business practices and is not registered with Better Business Bureau. Following her insulting and suggestive emails, I asked her to file a suit so we can resolve the invoice that she made up after I fired her and she did follow through. Unfortunately, I learned from my attorney later that even if the court decided that I owe $1 instead of $2,000 she fabricated, it would still be registered as a judgement against me. Following his advise, I paid her fabricated invoice in full. Unless you are an attorney, do not work with her!

Shopping with 3 kids under the age of 4 is never fun.... however, the staff made the experience…read moreextremely enjoyable, easy and efficient. We went in to find a wall paper for our daughters nursery. Mark the owner and his staff took the time to work with us to select a wall paper for her room and coordinate paint colors. Their paint is farrow and ball which I thought was expensive but when I saw the completed project it was well worth the price and a very nice paint to work with. It went on easy and covered very well. Their showroom is beautiful and they made our kids feel welcomed the entire time. The experience was so good we returned 3 months later to purchases our wonderful bedding. I didn't realize what a difference bedding makes. Mark took his time with us going over designs, colors and thread counts. The bedding came in within a reasonable amount of time and I have never slept so good!!! I highly recommend visiting them as they have a lot to offer. Not only do the have paint, wall paper and bedding, they also offer home decor, kitchen cabinets and interior design services. My wife has already said she wants to go back when it's time to design our kitchen. I can't say enough good things about their staff. Mark, Louie, Kathleen and Andrea were all a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.

Hosea's painter team did nothing short of a miracle job. Really…read more I wholeheartedly recommend you go with them. You can't go wrong. I appreciated his teams' skills and most importantly his ethics, honesty and integrity. I recruited Hosea and his team for a risky paint job due to the unusual designer type of paint we were going to use. Also, I had a very tight deadline at risk of not being able to move in. Every painters told me they needed at least 2 weeks or more to finish it, even with a 3-person teams. This even included a large national paint companies (those who specialized on commercial or corporate buildings). Hosea's team were able to finish it in just about a week or slightly more, allowing me to move in right in time. I used a designer paint complex to handle and prone to mistake from inexperienced painters with this particular paint. As expected, they made a mistake, but owned it without creating difficulties. The end result ended up very fan-tas-tic, above and beyond expectations. And the pricing (certainly not cheap) was rightly fair and quite reasonable I think. I am so glad I selected Hosea for this impossible mission job. It was a total success. Attached are photos before/after the job. Paint was from Farrow & Ball with the exception of the windows trim (Sherwin Williams).
