N7 was one of the options Yelp recommended companies that responded when I submitted a project through their "Projects" section. This meant that going with the company even had a guarantee backed satisfaction. To further ease concerns about making the right choice, when speaking with Fernando who owns N7, he was very helpful to provide references to reach out to, examples of past projects, and links to his website and work. He was able to come out rather quickly to survey the land and get a better understanding of the project. Communication was strong not only throughout the initial phase of being provided a quote and deciding to move forward with N7, but also throughout the project itself. Fernando was great at reviewing all questions related to the contract and is willing to be flexible per individual household needs on timing and even payments. We were adding a second floor deck with roof off of a room converting a window to a door and also some stone landscaping work for a patio underneath the deck. Upon agreeing to move forward with N7, we entered a phase of waiting for appropriate permits. During this time, Fernando was great at ensuring he is gathering the right materials for the project to kick off construction as soon as the permits are approved. And that is exactly what happened. Fernando and his team showed up early and worked efficiently throughout the length of the project. They even took shifts for lunch so someone was working at all times. The team also worked on Saturday's to ensure the project remained on schedule. Everyone was so friendly and my dog loved them all too. Fernando will work with you throughout the project should something need to be changed or is not to your liking. When we didn't like the door selected for our project, he was flexible to help us select and obtain the desired door. The only small issue we had was from some of the outsourced parts of the project. The individual chosen for inside work of wall repair and painting from the window to door conversion did have personal issues arise causing him to miss days he was supposed to arrive. We obviously understand things come up, but he didn't effectively communicate that to us or Fernando. That is out of Fernando's control though. And when the original team set to do the patio stone work backed out, Fernando quickly found an alternative group who was also friendly, efficient, and did beautiful work. Overall, I am very impressed with Fernando and N7 Construction. We will definitely be using them for future projects and recommend the company for your needs as well.

My husband and I just purchased our home and we wanted to redo our kitchen and fire place with granite, I called a few places around who were not polite or prompt. I called Simple Solution and I am please that Josh answered my call. He was extremely polite, he schedule a visit that same day, he was very thorough explaining every detail for these services, he explained everything in person that after he had left my husband and I had no hesitation that we wanted to work with him, a few hours later Josh sent us a full estimate through email with further details of our services. We immediately signed it, and within three days of this visit he was already installing our granite in our Kitchen, we choose a different style for our fireplace, which took a little bit longer to install which I understand it had to do with material shortage, but he kept us informed along the way. After he completed this job, we requested for him to do other jobs around the house. It is amazing to see someone like him who is multi-talented and understands all the aspects of a home. He is very knowledgeable and one thing I noticed is that he is very detailed about his work which shows that he cares. I will definitely continue using Simple Solution for years to come! read more

The on-site manager, Jonathan, was great, and they gracefully and quickly responded to additional requests and changes of plans we requested, including entirely changing one of the windows. Even our neighbor reached out to tell us how nice and respectful they were and asked us how we found them. The answer is that I just saw that they were well-reviewed on Yelp, so I'm adding my review here too. Their pricing was very reasonable, and their work was exceptional. They replaced a shower system, which involved breaking existing tile and seamlessly re-tiling the affected section after the new shower was installed. During the process, they covered the opening with plastic so we could continue using the shower (even though it only took a couple of days). The re-tiled area blends perfectly with the rest of the shower (see attached pic). You'd never know it was repaired. They also repaired significant water damage from burst pipes, replacing and adding insulation and drywall, installed recessed lighting with dimmers, replaced a window and glass shower doors, swapped out an awkward set of swinging bathroom doors for a proper door, and took care of several long-overdue household repairs. Everything was completed quickly, quietly, and efficiently. If we ever need renovations in the future, we'll definitely be using them again.

The quote I received was incomplete (later) for electrical work!!!! Bottom line here, I also have texts and email that were not responded to or ignored, in spite of specifically ask Matt the owner if he is interested in taking the job. He said yes.
