I was very impressed that he fixed 9 Locks and one door handle. 1)Re keyed 5 locks. 2)Replaced 4 Emtek privacy locks. 3)Fixed an Emtek door handle that was falling off. He also realigned one of the deadbolts so it locked a bit easier. I was so pleased that he took care of everything in one visit. Emtek had sent me the parts promptly and for feee.
