I hired Belmont Locksmith to rekey my Baldwin front door lock. They permanently damaged my front door by gouging a screw driver between the wood and the lock mechanism, putting two 1/8 inch deep, 1/2 inch long gouges through the paint and into the wood. Then when I called to report the damage the person answering the phone admitted that the technician was new and basically inexperienced. I sent him away before he could do more damage. I will now (after getting lock changed by a competent professional) will have to repaint the front door which will cost me between $300-$400 dollars. read more

We just had the best experience with Daniel today! Our front door knob broke (on a Sunday) and we couldn't get out our front door. Daniel came within 2 hours, assessed the problem and was able to pickup a replacement door handle and fix it within a few hours!
