No more bending those keys now! Also, door frame has issues, so he fix! It is a lot easier to lock the bottom lock now. Price was super reasonable. His price was 20% less than other companies. He explained and showed me that it will be very difficult to remove this lever for someone that isn't familiar with it. Sure enough, the next night, I saw that the lever was tampered with because the former employee tried to remove or rekey it but was unsuccessful. He went out out his way to get parts to complete the job that morning. He even canceled his next appointment to accommodate my need. He goes above and beyond to get the job done right and delivers great quality. I hired him to replace the door knobs, door arms, locks, etc. at two of my other properties and he did an amazing job.
