When a lockbox got stuck on a client's door, he responded super quickly, gave timely updates, and even sent pictures along the way so I knew exactly what was happening. I got locked out while I was dog sitting and the locksmith answered my call right away and came to the house within 15 mins. He was very nice, helpful, and professional. Daniel showed up within 30mins. The man exudes such a warm, pleasant energy; right away, i felt like i could trust him. The issue with my key broken in the front door was a little complicated. But, Daniel quickly assessed and solved the issue, using the most impressive critical thinking. He fixed the issue with a smile and was outta there within a half hour! This guy is a keeper! I was re-wiring the power to my garage, so when I disconnected the old wires, I though my electric garage door opener battery would open the garage door, until I hooked up the new wire. Unfortunately, the battery only lasts 4 hours, so my garage door would not open, and the side door to the garage had a door knob with a damaged lock that I could not open. So I was completely locked-out of my garage. I went on Yelp, and searched for locksmiths in Long Beach... "Belmont Locksmith" was the first one that popped up. They had all great reviews, so I called the number and Daniel answered right away. He came over quickly (just like many of the reviews said), and he literally opened the door in seconds, even offering to remove the old knob set and install a new one. Daniel is very friendly, has quick service, responds immediately to calls and text, and has good fair pricing. Highly recommended. 5 stars!!!!! read more

He explained and showed me that it will be very difficult to remove this lever for someone that isn't familiar with it. Sure enough, the next night, I saw that the lever was tampered with because the former employee tried to remove or rekey it but was unsuccessful. He went out out his way to get parts to complete the job that morning. He even canceled his next appointment to accommodate my need. He goes above and beyond to get the job done right and delivers great quality. I hired him to replace the door knobs, door arms, locks, etc. at two of my other properties and he did an amazing job. To my surprise, I found out that he gave me a DO NOT DUPLICATE key which was perfect so the tenant can't make a duplicate for the former employee. I HIGHLY recommend him and he has my business for life!

It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution.
