For over two months, the drying component at the end of the wash has not been functioning properly. I've even recorded video showing that the system is not making contact with the vehicle as intended. This is not an occasional issue--it has been ongoing and consistent. I spoke with a technician, Kenneth, who provided multiple explanations, including that certain vehicles (like Mustangs) may not always be fully dried due to design. However, I've owned this same vehicle for two years and have never had this issue before--the system consistently dried the front of my car without exception until recently. That explanation simply does not align with prior performance. More concerning was the lack of accountability and follow-up. I was not provided with a supervisor's contact information, nor was I given a clear path to escalate the issue. Kenneth appeared to be doing his best, but it was evident that he has not been properly equipped or trained to handle customer concerns of this nature. This reflects a broader management and training issue, not an individual failure. To be clear, I am not asking for a discount--I am asking for the service that I am paying for to be delivered as advertised. Management should address two key areas: 1. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning as promised. 2. Provide employees with the training and authority needed to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively. Just moved from LA and had to quickly cancel my membership for this location. Everytime I brought my Tesla here, it was a new scratch . Business cannot say it isn't their machines when even the top glass has a deep scratch. Needless to say, I wouldn't go here anymore. Canceling a membership here is a nightmare. I made multiple attempts to cancel and was still charged anyway. I used to love the old Circle Marina Car Wash and was quite disappointed, but not surprised by the new format which removed the crews to vacuum, hand dry and clean the interior of your car. You now sit in your car as it goes through the tunnel and you vacuum and dry the car yourself. I get it, but it is not my preference. My biggest issue was that there are not enough spaces for the self service format for finishing your car wash. read more

First time trying this wash (I usually use LBG) and it had some nice upgrades like lots of vacuum stations with air to blow water out of crevices. The down side is it didn't wash very well and the spotless rinse is far from spotless. I will be going back to LBG right up the street. Better wash and more economical. UPDATE: Aaron reached out and invited me back for another try. This wash was much better! My truck looks great. I went by Burbank to drop some props and this dinosaur bird drop two big bombs in my windshield. I cleaned it ip but there was a bit of a residue on the side after using the windshield wipers. So I needed to see if the carwash would be taking care of it. I went around 1:30 pm and it was very busy. One of the rods moved my mirror but nothing got broken and it was an easy move back. The car looked shiny and got dried off quite well. The poop was removed, which made me so happy. The guy up front was working quite well, helping around a lot. The guy guiding people's car knew how to give well directions. The bombshell mobile is looking sharp!!! read more

Let me start by saying this review is mainly to help others be aware of my experience with this car wash. I've been here a few times, and every time, I walk away disappointed with the quality of the wash itself. But hey, I gave it another shot. If I could give (5) stars it would be mainly for the vacuum service and the friendly woman working the Paystation because those were the only things that impressed me. I will never give a buiness (0) zero stars... I still was able to get a good vacuum... but, I had spent some time at the beach, so my car was full of sand, and since this place offers free vacuums and air, I figured I'd get a good clean on the inside. For the vacuum alone, I'd give them five stars--it worked great! After getting the inside was done, I went ahead and paid for their $20 wash. For reference, I drive a two-door BMW 650i, so not a huge vehicle by any means. After the wash, I pulled back into the vacuum area to spray air on the car and wipe it down, only to realize that the car was still noticeably dirty. At home I park in a garage, and Sure, I park outside sometimes, and the car might've been extra dirty this time, but for $20, I expected way better results. There's another spot near PCH and 7th that does a fantastic job for half the price. Honestly, I would've gone there, but I needed the free vacuum. Now that I'm writing this, it feels like I basically paid $20 just to vacuum my car. Ha! Not really what I had in mind. Visiting this car wash has become an after school ritual for us, which is a win-win because my kiddo gets an entertainment kick from the big moving parts, lights, and colorful foam, and I get a clean car. Woo hoo! Once you have a sparkly freshly washed car, you get complimentary vacuums. There are many large spaces for vacuuming and the vacuums are really strong. I, like other reviewers, have accidentally sucked up something random. In my case, a sock. I really miss that sock, too lol. My son decided to empty my glove compartment in order to clean out the entire car. He forgot to put the very vital contents back (like insurance card!). Jacob went above and beyond to help. He called me to inform me of this and put my stuff aside so that I could get it later. I can't say how grateful I am for how he went out of his way for this customer. I've seen a lot of reviews saying the automated car wash scratches their car. This is somewhat true, but it is the nature of an automatic car wash. IMO, you take the good with the bad. I don't hold it against the business, and I will continue to hold my monthly membership with them. I may choose a different car wash if I drove a Ferrari.
