He listened, measured, designed, built, and delivered with no hassle. He was responsive, patient and the craftsmanship blew my mind away. He paid attention to every detail - from custom making the perfectly matched crown molding at the bottom of the desk into the wall crown molding (flush and clean) to wire management, convenience features, lighting and any other details you don't think of as a customer until you own the piece. He is meticulous about his work, and will respond immediately to questions or concerns the work itself is very well done, very professionally finished. if I have any complaints at all it is once you see what kind of work he does you will want your entire house redone, and if you don't have the money for it then frustration sets in. His prices are good for the work that he does. If you give him a budget he will work hard to help you get as much as you can for the price.
