After a few outrageously expensive estimates from several companies and a few aggressive sales pitches I came across Concrete Chiropractor. The estimation process was simple as they asked me to take pictures and included a guide on how to do it. They followed up with a phone call and explained the process to me. They then sent me a DocuSign document (contract) and told me they would be in touch to schedule in a few weeks. When the crew showed up they again explained the process and in just a few hours everything was fixed perfectly and the price was fair. In fact they don't haggle or play games just give a fair price for the work.

One or two I could ignore, but not all of this....for instance: i explained in detail everything on the phone when making the appointment (multiple things outside and inside I wanted to have looked at) and yet the inspector that showed up didn't have any knowledge of anything -- he didn't even know if he was inspecting a crawl space or a basement. clear lack of communication within their team.; the inspector didn't bring his own flashlight and had to borrow ours. all he had was his flashlight on his personal phone. kind of odd.; 3 options/quotes were discussed at the time of the appointment but only one quote was sent to us; when following up via email for the additional info, it was never responded to; a text was sent from the company to me to follow up and i reminded them i was still waiting on the response to my email with the options i discussed with the inspector; couple days later they texted me again asking if i had made a decision, to which i responded they had never sent me the quotes discussed.; they texted me a link to a quote, (so in total, i only ever got 2 of the 3 options discussed), and the quotes are unnecessarily confusing. they don't look like your typical quote, things are itemized as all $0, all the services they offer are listed on the quote even if you're not getting them, it's just strange. the inspector at our initial appointment did seem knowledgable so we were going to overlook the miscommunication/unprofessional flashlight thing. it wasn't a big deal really. but, how everything was handled after our appointment was very strange which makes us uneasy about trusting them with this project. also, there was never any apology for the missing quotes or the miscommunication at all. a simple "sorry about that, we'll send those quotes over shortly" would go a long way. All this to say that with all of this combined, I could not move forward and would not recommend this company.
