Each time I would be without any hearing aids during the replacements were completed. Then when returned my personal settings were erased and I had to re-do them. Last experience with my hearing aids being repaired I was not informed that the warranty had expired and Dr. Hopper made the repairs without myself authorization. I was told I had to pay $89 before I could pickup my hearing aid. I paid due to the right hearing aid controls the left which I had. Since my next annual appointment isn't for another 5 months, and after talking with Bryce, I realized it would be quite expensive to replace them. Since I really need my glasses, he suggested a more affordable alternative. I told him I would think about it and left. After a couple of weeks I decided to take his advice and went in and ordered another pair of glasses to get me by until my next appointment. My glasses were ready the following week and I love them.
