After a brief office visit with Dr. Hardemann he ordered an MRI which was performed at Mercy Hospital. there were delays in getting the order to the hospital due to, "them not being in their network". After the MRI was finally done, I received the results from Mercy Hospital 2 days later. I don't understand all of the results and have been waiting for Dr. Hardeman or someone from his office to call me back to discuss them. I have called Gateway ENT a number of times but cannot get any information. Very poor followup.

As my parents have needed a bit more assistance, I (their daughter) have taken them to appointments. I live in Texas, so it can be quite challenging to be sure everything is taken care of in the best possible way. Last week when I was in St. Louis visiting my mom, I found that she had lost one of her hearing aids, which was really limiting her ability to interact and be fully part of conversations. I contacted Dr. Juelich's office, realizing we would likely need to wait several weeks to get the situation resolved, mentally planning when I might be able to return for follow-up. Grace, however, was miraculously able to schedule an appointment that day at a different office, and Dr. Juelich went above and beyond to figure out a solution. My mom can now hear quite well - better than she has for many months! We are so thankful and highly recommend Dr. Juelich and her staff. I have never had a hearing aid until now. About 2 years ago my hearing in my good ear starting declining. I decided it was time, I checked several places but Advanced Hearing had much more knowledgeable people and I was very impressed with their product. I have the pride model with the remote and Bluetooth capability. I have heard things I didn't even know about. The refrigerator chiming when ice/water is selected, the micro wave beeping when it is done, I can understand words of songs which I was truly missing, but the best thing is I can have a conversation with my wife, grand kids and friends. I don't have to have them repeat something 3 or 4 times and then finally say ok when I really didn't understand them. My only regret is that I didn't get it sooner. More than satisfied Robert Pigg
