the clarkson eye care on rt. 157 in the strip mall in edwardsville, illinois. i went there for the…read morefirst time, other then the other one near dierbergs, were they treat you a lot better and do a better job in checking your eyes, i got there early, they let me in at 08:00 hrs. i waited for 15 min, now at 0815, then they took me back to check my eyes, because the doctor just got there, she was ( late) at 08:30 i was sent to the room were the dr. came in at 08:31, i said to her in a nice way you are late, her answer was, no - i am not late, i know for a fact she was late,she may have gone to the other office first. if the apt. was at 08:00, the dr. should be there before you, not keeping the client waiting. she did not do the best exam for me either and (no) apology for being late and lied about it. my time is just important as her time. don't waste (your) time going there .

As a long-standing client of EVC and I was extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience. I…read moreplaced and paid for an order for replacement glasses, which was shipped to an incorrect address and subsequently lost due to negligence on the support staff teams end.. I attempted to contact EVC repeatedly and did not receive any response until I called approximately six times over a eight-week period. When I finally reached an associate, I was told the package had already been shipped and that there was "nothing they could do / out of their hands" despite the error and the fact that I never received the replacement glasses I paid for. The associate (Chelsea) was unprofessional and rude during the call and contradicted prior statements she had made to me regarding insurance policy and coverage. Due to the lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct, I will not be returning as a client & recommend you take your business elsewhere.
