She also has had the technical skills, knowledge and equipment to resolve the device issues that I've experienced. She is a great listener who worked with me to assure that my devices are functioning properly before I left her office. Considering the complexity of hardware and software in modern devices, that's not an easy chore. Arranging a timely appointment to see Melissa has never been a problem. The Advanced Hearing Systems' office is being expanded and remodeled now to allow Melissa's (audiologist) daughter to work out of the same office.
