With some comprehensive and simple tests Evelyn was able to chart my hearing loss accurately. With up to date modern computer technology she set up a test set of hearing aids and BOOM! I was able to hear those sounds I was missing for years. From the emotional side I can't say enough about how actually HEARING again has helped in the last two weeks. As I am getting used to hearing again I go back occasionally and she is able to tweak up each tone so that the units are more acute,more normal and more comfortable. This office is not only efficient but really produces results. She prefers to be called "Doctor Nolder" which is really funny. She must be really new to insist that people call her"doctor". She'll learn. Overall she seemed quite competent, and she checked my ears thoroughly because I supposedly had a piece of earwax covering my eardrum that the doctor couldn't remove, and the doctor made an appointment for me to see an ENT specialist in January of 2026. Doctor Nolder checked my ears and didn't find anything. She told me to go ahead and see the ENT to get them to do a hearing test, because I'm overdue for one. She said to get a copy of the test and bring it on my next appointment in June. Anyway, she is really nice and polite. I intend to keep seeing her because of this. They've gone through so many changes in the past year, but hopefully this will stick.

Tried to explain to them they were my Primary Care Manager and need to do the referrals. I selected them off TRICARE's find a physician, signed up with Dr. Bethany Russell. Between me and my spouse neither ever meet Dr Russell or talked to her. Called multiple times to talk to management about the referral and got NO where. Fired them 29 April and today I get this letter in the mail. Called Leigh Horton office administrator to ask who her boss was and she told me she doesn't have a boss. (Hard to believe!) STAY AWAY FROM THIS MEDICAL CLINIC, especially if you have TRICARE. They have NO clue how to deal with TRICARE.
