My father-in-law had been experiencing difficulty with his hearing aids and had been unable to correct the problem himself. Troy made sure we were comfortable, listened attentively, proceeded to ascertain the problem, then to fix it. He fixed the blocked microphones in the hearing aids, suggested that we come in regularly so that the problem did not recur, and then came up with other helpful recommendations. We did not know that my father-in-law (because of the age of the hearing aids and his insurance) was eligible to upgrade his hearing aids and to have the current repaired set as a back-up. This was all done within minutes. We were thrilled with the service, the courtesy, the effectiveness, and the timeliness! Many, MANY thanks Troy!

With some comprehensive and simple tests Evelyn was able to chart my hearing loss accurately. With up to date modern computer technology she set up a test set of hearing aids and BOOM! I was able to hear those sounds I was missing for years. From the emotional side I can't say enough about how actually HEARING again has helped in the last two weeks. As I am getting used to hearing again I go back occasionally and she is able to tweak up each tone so that the units are more acute,more normal and more comfortable. This office is not only efficient but really produces results. The hearing units are top of the line and interface with my i-phone to allow me to set parameters for all kinds of locations and they adjust automatically.
