Well Dr. Sally said that was no problem that she could fit me with a regular tip just like I have in my normal ear. I am so thankful that she did this for me. Called the office and spoke to a very nice receptionist that actually moved the appointment up due to the pain. Got another call at the end of business day on Friday that the Monday morning appointment is cancelled because they don't treat "Jaw Pain" and that she needs to see her dentist. I explained that she has already saw her dentist and that this is not jaw pain related that it's in her neck and the rude lady explains that it's still TMJ related. It was very evident that they just didn't want the appointment. Regardless I just wanted to give a review due to the extremely rude/careless call that I got to cancel the appointment.

I have been a nurse for 35 years and know that a well trained receptionist should have asked about severity, how long it has been going on and offered to have the need triaged by a nurse. Simply being offered an appt 2 months away was totally inappropriate. I would not recommend a practice that gives such impersonal care. Triage is necessary in medicine. If I simply want to stand in line, I will go to Walmart.

I had to bring my toddler with me to my appointments and the front desk staff was so sweet helping entertain her. The audiologist tried two different kinds of hearing aids, and adjusted them numerous times, but ultimately I decided against them. She was so nice, and I'll return to Johnson Audiology as my hearing changes to try again.

Also, ALL of my costs were given to me clearly & up front--the opposite of the company in Murphy who practice non-disclosure regarding costs & insurance; as well waisting my time before, during, & after my appointments.
