It was hard to get help or make follow up appointments. I recently had to buy a replacement aid, I went 3 or 4 times and the place was closed. Eventually got in - but no because you have to make an appointment. Called the next day to make an appointment, they said I didn't need one. Went to pick up hearing aid, they said I needed the other so they could adjust together and I had to see the audiologist. Next day back with the other hearing aid....no you don't need to see the audiologist, no you don't need both hearing aids for this. Also it would have been great if it was already charged when I picked up, like the originals, but no - that's a perfect example of great service at the sale, poor service later. Somewhere in there was no we don't take credit cards over the phone and then it was can you give me your credit card over the phone before you pick up. The hearing aid is great.

Dr. Yolanda Troublefield is an amazing Doctor and human being. My grandson and me were impressed by how much thorough she examined him, even the MRI we provided her. Her questions made us feel she was treating more than a patient a human being. At the end she prescribed him an OTC Nasal Gel and referred him to an Allergy/Immunologist, waiting for Allergy Test to guide her to a diagnosis. Her staff is awesome, kind and quick to overcome any obstacle. They even made the appointment for Allergy Doctor. We strongly recommend this practice.
