I started my therapy sessions with Kayla Whiting and she made such a difference for me. She was kind and professional and really understood the pain I was having so she was able to give me a solid treatment plan. I left a few sessions sore due to stretching and exercises but icing was always recommended and helped. The day after I'd always feel so much better. After a few sessions, my pain was almost completely eliminated. I could walk without pain again. Amazing! And I never needed any pain medicine. The sessions of heat, massage, stretching, and exercises (combined with my own daily stretching exercises at home prescribed by them) made the end of my pregnancy a breeze and will most certainly help me postpartum. I am so grateful for this place because they really understood exactly what I was going through. I went from not being able to walk without limping or get out of bed to speed-walking with ease and rolling out of bed like a champ. I could even carry my laundry basket down the stairs again and clean on all fours (though my husband still does not like that I do this lol).
