I called several weeks ago to ask if it would be distasteful to bring in the old hearings aids and have them adjusted for my moderate hearing loss. He said "no, that would be fine." Finally, today I was in Springfield and called to see if there was any way I could come in while in town. Mr. Kerr was so pleasant and said I could come by in 30 minutes. Within the hour, I had a hearing test and the hearing aids adjusted for my ears. There was no hard sell to buy new ones like I got in Florida. The people there would not understand that I would not pay $6,000 for hearing aids without giving it a lot of thought. Mr. Kerr said that I could try the old ones out for awhile and if I ever wanted to upgrade, he would be glad to help me out. I appreciate his approach so much!
