I was going to different dentist office and they kept wanting to redo fillings over and over again. I finally went for a 2nd opinion at Renken and the fillings I have are still great. I also have some TMJ issues that have gradually becoming worse and worse. Dr. Renken suggested botox at my last cleaning. I went for a consultation. While the price is a bit steep for the procedure, Dr. Renken listed to all of my concerns about my facial expressions being affected, side effects, the fact that the procedure is still new, etc... They were NOT pushy AT ALL about the procedure. We ultimately decided that I would try chiropractic methods for dealing with the TMJ before we decided to do the botox procedure. They were so understanding and awesome.

They are always behind schedule not calling us back 20+ minutes after the appt even though we are always early. I asked for 2pm or after and they refused stating 1:50pm is the latest they will do but they are open until 4pm. I even said I'll take a later date that does have 2pm or later but they refused... Do better Tuthmuvrs! At least with appts bc older kids cannot miss core classes nor can people constantly miss work!
