I had a hearing aid purchased years ago from another company, and it required a specific connection device the folks here didn't have. So what they did was ordered the device and when it arrived, not only fixed issues with my hearing aid, but enhanced it with their top notch Real Ear Speech Mapping system, which is one of (if not the) best in the industry.
