Two months later. I am still waiting for a refund $3600. This after her writing my address down wrong. The second was she had mailed in in a ups drop box on Saturday, so I didn't get that one. So what they did was ordered the device and when it arrived, not only fixed issues with my hearing aid, but enhanced it with their top notch Real Ear Speech Mapping system, which is one of (if not the) best in the industry.
