Both of our apartments were near the Grafton Centre but on opposite sides, one being in a much more residential area providing a lot more space. It was cozy and nice but we decided to move to Adam and Eve Court to be a little closer to the city centre. It was fantastic. The staff were always accommodating, providing a dvd library, a very sweet welcome basket, and weekly maid service. The apartments were clean, the fixtures were all either new or in excellent shape, we had internet access and the apartments were fully furnished. The staff there was so kind that when we went on a 3 week driving tour of Europe, they watched our extra luggage for us, since we would be returning to Cambridge before leaving the U.K to head back to the States. We were over in the UK over the course of many months and renting a furnished apartment was a cheaper alternative to staying in a hotel, plus we didn't have to, you know, stay in a hotel. I can't imagine what it would be like to give them your money and expect help, because they already got you then, don't they?!?! I used to work in sales, and I seem to recall, 'getting' the business was the important part and keeping them was vital. Anyway, maybe its just my experience, but I have at least 3 emails that were sent directly to then, with no reply. Asked please let me know if anything becomes available in a certain area, the woman (Wendy) says ok, then new stuff pops up online and she never contacted me again. I guess its better to have found out the lack of care now vs after being tied to them for a year. Good luck out there people.

Gave a fair valuation - others gave higher, but seemed unrealistic. Fees were one of the best. Very friendly service and personable. I even managed to sell my house dealing with the negotiator by text message whilst I was in the Dominican Republic! Easy to access and free parking available on the high street at the front of the agents. Would use again if I hadn't moved out of the area!

The window displays always looks good and the office is really spacious. The staff are always really friendly and happy to help. They are also really knowledgeable about the area and the houses they are selling. I found that they are not pushy either and just want to help you sell your house or look for a house. Pushy sales people can really put me off, but they don't come across like that at this branch of Connells. Connells is a really well known nationwide estate agents so it is one of the first that I look in as it is a trusted name. The Kettering branch is welcoming and they seem to put people at ease when you walk in there.
