No prices on sample upholstery books, an order has to be written up to get this information and often shocking when you do. Insane. Their sale room has great fabric including upholstery for a very reasonable price. Sewing machines of European and others unknown to me are exceedingly expensive. Some of the staff are very helpful.

He gave me many options to choose from and I ordered blinds for 2 rooms (one black out set and one not). The blinds came in earlier than expected, great! One blind was factory broken so a new one was sent for. I kept the broken one installed until the new one arrived. By the way, the installer cleaned up any mess made during the installation. New one came in and installed, broken blind was taken away. Windows look great, blinds work perfectly and I am happy. Were they more expensive than Home Depot? Maybe, but the service was great and I didn't have to do anything but make a phone call and write the check. If anything goes wrong he told me to call him personally and he would service them. I would definately use him again.

This is a new construction home that we are not currently living in and it's a 35 minute drive from our current home. I had spoke with Larry who at first seemed very nice and willing to help. This was better than the last 2 companies that I have been trying to give my money to. Larry set up an appointment for Saturday morning, a couple of days later he had to change the time, which I understood as things come up. My family drove over to the property because our appt to meet with Larry. I had emailed before heading over just to confirm our appt and I received an email back stating yes the appt time is still good between 11:00 am and 12:00pm but he would be a few minutes late. Larry never showed up or called. We left the house at 2pm and lost an entire day that we could have been packing. I received and email from Larry stating that he was at my house shortly after 2pm and was wondering why we weren't there, Ummm probably because our appt was between 11:00 and 12:00pm? He stated that he got lost and had cell phone issues and that he could reschedule for the following day. NO THANK YOU--STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm forced to click one star above, if I could select no stars, I certainly would. Look at all the other reviews about this guy, he has no showed several times, loses peoples orders. I wish I had read these reviews prior and I hope my review will help someone to not make the same mistake that I did by calling this company and wasting my time.
