They always have a gorgeous selection of art and especially mirrors, pieces by local artists, plus soaps, lotion, and packaged food and drink mixes from local New Hampshire artisans. Also a great mix of clothing, jewelry, and gifts. I've gotten some beautiful and one of a kind lamps, glassware, and big pieces of furniture here. By the time we arrived at the store, she had a plan to share and multiple suggestions of how to arrange the room. What was extraordinary was how she arranged to meet with us before the store opened in order to insure us extra time and provide us a completely safe, non-threatening and sanitized environment during the COVID pandemic. Her upbeat manner carried over as she followed us home to measure our space and mark out where the chosen pieces would go. Nobody does this! But she did! Moreover she was available for carpet consult and other extras. Not only did we save ourselves a 3 hour round-trip to Nashua's larger furniture stores, but we had her undivided attention and commitment to making the right purchases for our home. A brand new garment was dropped off at this dry cleaner business back in November 2024. It was a…read moreblazer from Banana Republic and had never been worn. The expectation was that the business dry clean the garment. We received back a garment that was damaged. The garment was burned and unwearable. We requested that the business rectify the situation. They attempted dry cleaning it again, but it was clear that they had ruined the garment. They advised that they needed to send the garment to a third party to determine culpability. We followed back up a couple weeks later and they had not followed through with the engagement of the third party. Weeks later a verdict was received by the dry cleaner that they were not at fault. More than three months have passed and the result is that we purchased a garment and have been harmed financially by this company with no path to receive compensation for the damage or the time spent thus far.
