The person at the repair service desk was apathetic and rude. He seemed to react to my questions…read morelike I was stupid. He seemed bothered that he was interrupted from looking at his phone. I left feeling frustrated. I looked up the repair on the internet and ordered parts off of Amazon and fixed the problem myself. Only cost me 30 bucks. My gain, their loss.
