They have a highly competent staff for every stage and step of the listing, showing, escrow and closing process. and more importantly to us, their extensive knowledge of the La Jolla area and their local expertise extended to them "having a guy" for just about anything we could possibly need. They helped me get everything in the house organized by introducing us to a professional organizer who's team came in and had everything wrapped, boxed and labeled to be dispatched to worthy local charitable organizations in only two days, Conor and Greg were available whenever we had questions and provided us with options for trusted resources for cleaning inside and out, someone to remove the carpet and clean things up when we discovered that the original hardwood underneath was in pretty good shape, as well as a plumbing resource and an electrician who gave us much better pricing than the ones our buyer found while we were in escrow. They require an absurd amount of "qualifications" up front and act friendly in the beginning. I moved into a condo that wasn't cleaned or repaired (holes not patched, water reversed in the shower, faulty heat) and although I made several improvements to the place to make it nicer they nickel and dimed ME for not cleaning the place (which was not filthy mind you) and for repairs. When the dryer broke a month before my move out Theresa responded with nonchalance saying it probably can't be fixed before I move out (something a Mom with a boy can't go without); I called Gregg and he had someone there in two days. Flash forward to three months later apparently the new tenants never changed the water over and my cancellation didn't go through and Theresa's only response was basically "too bad so sad" we won't ask for reimbursement so it's on you to pay their bill. Yet when I moved in and it was under their name they hounded me until it was changed over. Stay away from these snakes.

Worked with this realtor, my employee and myself were greeted with profanity and abrasive language…read more After jumping through hoops and findings areas with extra damage we still received a bad rating from this realtor when we tried to rectify the situation. I'll post the below facts openly as they are with photos. First off: We did mistakenly open up a wall in the bedroom which wasn't to be cut. Once we did this we actually found damage in the wall. (See photo). Second: Clearance failed since cabinets had hidden mold growth that we didn't see. This was an oversight which was corrected and wasn't NOT listed on the protocol as a full detailed cleaning which was actually needed. Third: The clearance company needed to return to address more damage that was found under the cabinets that was not apart of the original scope of work. (See photos). This in turn added extra day and labs aren't open on weekend, as I explained but you failed to hear us out. You demanded a credit even though the mold found was out of our control I felt a credit was due since we did miss the cabinet cleaning, I offered a 20%. When we closed our final bill we billed the additional cabinet demo that the hygienist called for on his SECOND TRIP out. This is a justifiable expense. Yet you chose the one star us for this. The customer (aka YOUR HOME BUYER) signed a certificate of satisfaction giving us 5/5 on all remarks. To be fair I'll only post the photos showing the work we did extra and the damage found on the walls that were not originally called out. I'll leave out the voicemail screenshot you left me as to remain professional.
