My family switched to this insurance due to a family member's…read moreemployment and they have been interfering with and refusing to fill a prescription that I have been taking for nearly a decade. No other insurance company has felt the need to repeatedly block my prescription, claim that it needs to be dispensed in 90 day increments, deny that there are additional requirements, then tell me that I can't take my birth control continuously despite me being prescribed to do so for YEARS. The phone receptionists are incompetent as to these requirements and the pharmacy has decided that they know better than all of my doctors and that they suddenly need a prior authorization for a simple birth control pill prescription that I have been taking with no issue for YEARS. No other insurance company has meddled so much or AT ALL for no apparent reason other than to prevent me from getting my prescription. These people hate women and clearly only see us as baby incubators with no regard for individual women's reproductive health. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
