But my instructor, Mike, has been so helpful and understanding during my learning process. Beyond that, I was recommended to try vocal lessons with an instructor at the time who's lessons quickly became the highlight of my week. She taught me so much and gave me the confidence, tools, and reassurance I lacked. Performance Program shows have helped me meet so many amazing fellow musicians (that I am glad to say are now some of my closest friends), taught me how to play/perform as a group, dared me to positively push myself, and helped me get comfortable on stage.
