We found them to be friendly, professional, punctual, thorough, and also found that they repeatedly checked with us about the work (making sure they had met/exceeded our expectations). We also found them easy to communicate with, receptive to feedback, and concerned with producing high quality results. During the course of the work, we were forced to add a few parts to the original plan (replacing the wiring was something that was discovered as the foundation and crawlspace were being worked on), and Ben (the owner) was very flexible and easy to work with as we modified our plans.
