When I requested an alternate quote with details of what I wanted left out, I was ghosted for another month. Even worse, I was working directly with the owner. He could have at least given me and ETA of when to expect the quote or informed me that they weren't going to work on my house. My impression is that this company's tactic is to wait long enough that the client forgets what was discussed and then up-sells without discussing.
