They will sell you the wrong plants and then tell you sorry, no receipt. Serious disorganization here.

I went to this place a few weeks ago to use the coupons someone gave me. I went for a specific plant that their website said they had in stock. Well, guess what, they didn't have it. It was impossible to find someone to help me look for it and then I couldn't even understand the person that I found. She didnt speak english! Finally I found someone and he said that they were out of that product so I moved on to the next one. Well he didnt even know the placement of where it was so he found someone who did. She spoke english fine. Anyways, I ended up not getting that product either because it was looking pretty diseased. I ended up going to the perrenial section and picking up a few foxglove plants. After getting them home I quickly researched everything I needed to know about caring for and planting these lovely beast! I was not happy with what I found out! The foxglove I got was in the perrenial section and also has a tag in it that says perrenial but infact it is not! It is in reality a biannual plant! Makes me super mad! The checkout ladies we rude as well! The plants were diseased and now I'm stuck with it all because they dont guarentee their plants or return them. Very dissatisfied customer here! read more
